How does Family Constellations work?

I was recently sent this great interview with Tiziano Sguerso, as well as being a wonderful explanation of what Constellations is, Tiziano’s enthusiasm, confidence and certainty are inspiring! I love and share his determination to bring this work to the world, and he has the energy and the know-how to do it - thankfully. I really love that he keeps bringing it back to the body. It’s a long-ish video, but I recommend it. Who in your family system might you be entangled with? And how and why does this hold you back in life? He discusses love, money, success, health, work and relationships as well as masculine/ feminine balance.
